Subject: Invitation to Annual Genera Meeting.

Greetings,

The Executive of Yangrima Ex-Students Society (YESS) has decided to hold AGM on 17 November 2007 at Hamro Banchha Ghar starting 9.00 AM. We are extremely sorry for not being able to hold it on earlier stipulated date and time due to certain weakness on our part.

Since this AGM will also elect new executive committee, we sincerely look forward towards your active presence and hope that you will cooperate with us in every matter to strengthen this organization.

Interested members willing to run for executive posts are requested to submit their application along with a brief statement of interest expressing interest and commitment to the Returning Officer of the Election, Mr Nima Lama by 16th November clearly mentioning the portfolio of executive. The application can be dropped at YESS Office any time between 10.00 Am to 05.00 PM in a box on the secretary’s table solely prepared for the election candidates or send your application in the same format at nima.lama@gmail.com

There will be an hour long orientation session for interested new members at 8.00 AM before starting the AGM day, so please do inform to those who are interested.

We hope you will help us to make this AGM a successful one.

Let us not forget our history, objective and collective interest while getting involved in this process. We will win without loosing anything!
